SHIPPING COSTS

Within the Peninsula, shipping costs will be free.

If you live anywhere else in the world, please contact us at info@tallerfloral.es and we will find the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Delivery time

We work on order, so the delivery time is approximately 3/5 business days from receipt of the order and payment, weekends or holidays can take up to 7.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted if the product, for whatever reason, arrives in poor condition. In this case, the return period is 7 calendar days from the day you receive your products (according to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). You only have to send us an email to info@tallerfloral.es indicating the name of the item as it appears in the store. We will respond confirming receipt of the email and we will indicate the address to which you must send the product. We will take care of the costs related to this exchange and/or return.

If you have simply changed your mind, or made a mistake when placing your order, you will have to cover the costs and logistics of the return yourself, ensuring that we receive all the material in perfect condition within a maximum of 15 days after receiving the products.

Once we receive the item and verify that everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the money in the same way you paid it, except for shipping costs, within a maximum of 7 calendar days.

CANCELLATION

Orders placed on https://tallerfloral.es can be cancelled, but always within 6 hours of placing the order.

If you wish to cancel an order, please send us an email to: info@tallerfloral.es indicating your name, the order number and the amount and we will proceed to refund it.

Please remember that these are preserved natural flowers and the tones may vary slightly as well as the composition because there are no two identical flowers and it is also a completely handmade work. If a flower is not available at that time it will be replaced by another in the same tones and of equal value.

PAYMENT METHODS

There are three possibilities:

  • Using Bizum through our website.
  • By bank card.
